You can reserve your BudgetBikes tour or bicycles through our online booking form, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by calling +34 933041855. You can either pay online when using the booking form, or you can pay on arrival at one of our shops when having reserved by e-mail or phone.
For groups for over 15 persons, booking can only be done by e-mail or phone, so we can discuss group discounts and other questions or needs you might have.
You will need a €100 deposit to pick up your bike, to be paid in cash or with credit card. The deposit will be returned to you upon returning your bike in good order.
For cancellations, please give us a call or send us an e-mail. If you let us know up to a week before the beginning of the rental or touring period, you will receive a refund of 80% of the rental or touring fee. If you cancel a week to 24 hours before the start of the rental or touring period, you receive a 50% refund. There is no refund in case of rain or other weather related reasons. If necessary, BudgetBikes will offer an alternative rental- or touring period, or activity.
You can either pay online through our booking form, or you can pay at our shop before starting your tour or rental period. For group tours for over 15 persons, paying online is not possible, as discounts are discussed by phone or e-mail. Depending on the size of the group, a first payment before your arrival may be required.
You can ask for an e-bike, helmet, tandem, basket, pick-up service, tailor-made tour content and whatever else you might need in the comment field of the booking form. Feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone for any special requests, we will be happy to help you out.
Yes there are! Discount applies to group tours over 15 persons. You can book a group tour by phone or e-mail so we can discuss your discount and any questions or wishes you might have.
The use of helmets is mandatory for children up to 16. If you prefer to wear a helmet yourself, we have them available for you to use free of charge. You can read about the local cycling regulations here.
If you can't make it back at the scheduled time, call us to let us know. There is usually no problem if you want to rent the bikes for a longer period, but we might need the bikes for a next shift. The same rates as mentioned on our website will continue to apply for the overtime. You can find more details about rental periods and late returns here, in section 6 of our General Terms of Sale.
All our bikes are equipped with Kevlar-anti-puncture tires. In case something still goes wrong, you can come to the nearest one of our 4 shops and we will help you out. If you don't know where to go, or you have some other problem we might solve for you, call us at +34 933 041 885.
